A software marketing team lists each integration or category in a Google Sheet. The workflow builds standard questions about setup, permissions, integrations, use cases and pricing benefits, has AI complete the answers where needed, saves JSON schema files to Google Drive and marks each row done.

How It Works

  2. 2Builds a set of standard questions and answers from templates.
  3. 3An AI chain completes or improves selected answers.
  4. 4Formats FAQ schema JSON and uploads it to Google Drive folders by type.
  5. 5Updates the status in the sheet. You finish the last step that sends content to WordPress, Webflow, Strapi or another CMS.

  • An OpenAI API key
  • A CMS such as WordPress, Webflow or Strapi

What Stays Under Your Control

  • Publishing to your CMS is a step you complete.
